PROJECT TIMELINE

Resin casting: working, demold and full-cure timeline

Plan the job around separate working, recoat, exposure and service milestones. The exact clock comes from the product you actually use.

Project sequence

  1. Condition materials and measure components precisely.
  2. Mix and pour within the working or process time.
  3. Leave the mold undisturbed through the demold milestone.
  4. Handle a newly demolded part cautiously.
  5. Delay machining or service until the relevant cure milestone.
Do not add the times blindly: Some milestones run from initial application while others begin after a later coat or step.
